Food fellowship:

Empowering the next generation of food leaders

Hands on. College and Real-World Preparedness Training
The Food Fellowship is an immersive workforce development program designed to provide high school students with culinary training, transferable workforce skills, and mentorship from industry professionals.

Since its launch in 2020, the program has served 40 graduates, many of whom have remained engaged in our alumni network, pursued postsecondary education, or secured jobs in the food industry.

Four out of five high school graduates report feeling unprepared for the workforce. Employers increasingly seek real-world skills: 89% of employers are willing to hire high-school graduates with practical job experiences under their belt.
