CSA Terms and Conditions
By enrolling in The Patachou Foundation Urban Farm’s 2025 CSA program, I agree to the following:

I understand that my financial commitment is a donation to The Patachou Foundation, a nonprofit organization whose mission is to fight childhood hunger in Indianapolis.

I agree to either pay 100% of the CSA balance before the first pick-up date or enroll in automatic weekly payments for the duration of the 10-week program.

I understand that I am committing to weekly pick-up of my Harvest Share beginning June 26 – August 28, 2025 at The Patachou Foundation Urban Farm (4565 Marcy Lane, Indianapolis, IN 46205) on Thursdays between 5:00–7:00 PM. I will be provided with a reusable tote bag for my share and agree to bring it each week—or bring my own container if I forget it.

If I do not pick up my share within the designated time window, I understand that it may be donated that evening. If I’m unable to attend a pick-up, I will arrange for a friend or family member to collect my share on my behalf.

I recognize that by joining a CSA, I share in both the abundance and uncertainty of seasonal farming. I understand that crop yields can vary due to weather, pests, or other natural factors, and I accept that my weekly share may reflect those changes. The farmers will make every effort to provide a full and diverse share each week using the freshest produce available from our farm.

If I am ever dissatisfied with my CSA membership, I will communicate with The Patachou Foundation team to seek resolution. If a solution cannot be reached, a pro-rated refund may be issued at the organization’s discretion.

I understand that The Patachou Foundation will communicate important CSA updates, farm news, and events via email on a weekly basis. It is my responsibility to read these emails to stay informed throughout the season.
