I agree to the following terms and conditions of The Patachou Foundation Urban Farms:
I understand that my financial commitment is a donation to The Patachou Foundation, whose mission is to fight childhood hunger in Indianapolis.
I agree to either pay 100% of the balance before the start date of the CSA (Community Supported Agriculture), or to sign up for an automatic recurring payment each week for the duration of the CSA.
I understand that I am committing to weekly pick-up of my Harvest Share beginning June 20 - Aug 22 at Public Greens (902 E 64th St, Indianapolis, IN 46220) on Thursdays between 4pm - 7pm. I will be provided with a reusable tote bag for my share. I will bring it with me each time, or will provide my own vessel to transport my Harvest Share.
If I fail to pick up my produce within the window, my share will likely be donated that day. If something comes up that prevents me from picking up my box, I will make arrangements with someone else (ie: a friend or family member) to pick it up for me.
As a member of the CSA, I share in both the bounty and risks of farming. By joining the CSA, I acknowledge that farming involves natural processes that cannot offer guarantees, and I accept the potential consequences of these risks. If a crop fails or is damaged, I understand that the farmers will strive to replace it with other high-quality vegetables from our farm that are ready for harvest.
If I'm unhappy with my CSA membership, I will inform my farmers to seek resolution. If I'm still unsatisfied, The Patachou Foundation Urban Farms may provide a pro-rated refund if necessary.
I understand that The Patachou Foundation will primarily communicate with me through email on a weekly basis during the season. It is my responsibility to read these emails to stay updated on farm news and events.
