Welcome our New Board Members

We are thrilled to welcome Bailey Rayford, Nestor Castillo, and Wendy Larman to The Patachou Foundation Board. Each of these exceptional leaders brings unique expertise and a passion for creating meaningful change, and we are excited to work together to advance our mission of addressing childhood food insecurity.

Bailey Rayford is a fourth-generation entrepreneur with a background in supply chain and business development. She is the founder and CEO of Kendal Logan Logistics, a local logistics firm. Bailey also owns a family farm in North Carolina, where she gained a deep understanding of agriculture and sustainable food systems. A graduate of NC A&T State University, she is deeply involved in philanthropic efforts and board service focused on agriculture and addressing food insecurity.

Nestor Castillo is a Senior Financial Analyst at Grupo Bimbo, where he leads financial strategy, innovative projects, and marketing spend management. A graduate of the Kelley School of Business, Nestor also served as President of Prospanica Indianapolis and contributes to national social justice initiatives. He brings strong financial acumen and a commitment to equity, making him a valuable addition to the board.

Wendy Larman is a seasoned finance professional with extensive leadership experience at PNC and LaSalle Banks. She holds an MBA in Finance from Xavier University and has served on the boards of Goodwill, United Way, and Junior League. Wendy is also deeply committed to philanthropy, having spent years supporting education and community initiatives in Central Indiana. Her expertise in financial management and nonprofit governance will be instrumental in advancing the foundation’s mission.
